Inserting Slides
Slides or groups of slides may be inserted anywhere in a slide show view from
images saved on files.
Two functions are provided for inserting slides in a slide show.
Insert Slides inserts one or more selected slides and Insert Folder, which
inserts the entire contents of a selected file folder.
Insert Slide
First select the file you want the images inserted after, the insertion
point. Clicking on any slide in the current view does this.
From the Edit Menu select Insert Slide. This will bring up a standard file
dialog box. Browse to the location of the images you wish to insert and
select them from the dialog by clicking on them. One or more slides may be
selected.
Click OK and the selected images are added to the slideshow after the
insertion point.
Undo will remove the inserted files.
File Formats
Images may be in any of the following file formats: JPG, TIF, GIF, TGA, BMP,
WMF and PSD (Photo Shop)
Insert Folder
First select the file you want the images inserted after, this is the
insertion point. Clicking on any slide in the current view does this.
From the Edit Menu select Insert Folder. This will bring up a standard file
dialog box. Click on the folder from which you wish to add all the images to
the slide show.
During the insertion process a list of all the non-compatible image files will
be listed that the program has detected. This is for information purposes and
no action need be taken on this display.
